I have been to this store several times now. Although I have had a few of the employees act rude to me and other patrons, my last few visits went well. Employees greeted us even though it was very busy and only 2 people working there.

Looking to get a new cell in July .. not sure what I want yet ..
The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well stocked. But it is located in an older part of the mall and is not very visible. And the sign that is out by the main highway is faded and in poor condition, this gives the impression that the store is no longer in business. Even a lot of people that live and work in the area thought it was closed. Corporate office needs to address this issue. But I assure you that they are open for business and you will receive great service from the employees there.
