Made appointment over a week in advance. Day before, paid a neighbor to help move furniture. The day of my appointment, they said they called around 11 am to confirm. I was here all day (NEVER CALLED). Then at 130 pm (same day) I called to see how much longer (APPT WAS BETWEEN 11-NOON). I was told they called earlier to cancel because they couldn't make it today... ALL LIES!! NOBODYCALLED!! Wanted to reschedule for next Saturday! I'm not living with all my furniture outside!
