My son and daughter-in-law had their wedding here. Linda Jasper did not follow through with the verbal arrangements. A tremendous amount of money was paid for dinner and drinks for 100 people. Unfortunately, only half attended. Those that attended were denied seconds on food or drinks that had been paid in advance. Several attendees left because of this. $18 a plate was paid for mediocre lasagna and shredded lettuce. The bride's father was turned away for a 3rd beer. Everyone was forced out at least 2 hours early with foul language and confrontation by Linda and the kitchen manager. Drinks were poured out while attendees were dancing. Table cloths and candles were taken down early in the process while we were setting at the tables. They have refused our calls and texts to remedy the situation. Please, think twice about allowing these people to ruin the most important day of your life!
I truly wish I could give zero stars. All thanks to Linda Jasper and Beth Burdette... October 7th, 2017 was supposed to be the best day of our lives. It turned into a heartbreaking DISASTER. To start off when my husband and I first decided to have our wedding here it had different owners. Unfortunately it got bought out right in the middle of our planning... which the communication was terrible right from the start. We live in FL due to my husband being active military which planning a wedding states away is already stressful to begin with. Linda always tried to change plans last minute. She never kept her word! Luckily I had everything she said via text so I was able to keep it how it was supposed to be. Everything was extremely over priced for what we got. We bought 200 bottles of beer that was for everyone. Anyone could have how many they wanted. She turned my father away after three because it was only “two a person” which wasn’t true. We had 50-60 guest. We were told we would have the venue all night “2am if you all want” to be exact. By 8pm the staff was blowing out my candles, cleaning up my decorations that I made, dumping out our guest drinks that we paid for! By 10pm Linda jasper told the dj it was over, to play his last song.. we spent $650 on him to stay ALL night. Linda came up to me on the dance floor in front of everyone said some vulgar words to me about it being over and took off. My husband went to talk to her as I followed behind him. Linda Jasper got in my face screaming at me telling me it’s over. It was humiliating. My husband had to get in front of her to get her out of my face.... twice she did this. It was beyond embarrassing and unprofessional. Keep in mind this is in front of friends and family. We were told we had the venue til whenever and that we could clean up Sunday. She she we needed to get everything out immediately. Beth told my husband to “get that f****** bride out of here” we decorated everything. Everything that made that venue something was our decoration! We had to have everyone take what they could. Being rushed out we dropped some cupcakes which they called “vandalism” all in all this was the most unprofessional business we could have ever went too. I truly wish we never had our wedding here. What was supposed to be the best night of our life turned into an embarrassing, unprofessional, heartache of a night. I’m heartbroken. We will never have this day again and they sure made sure it was the worst it could be. Please do not come here. Save your money and time.
