If you are looking for 2nd rate soft serve and canned food served to you by a grumpy old lady working alongside a meth addict that is stealing from the cash register then this is the place to go. If you are looking for fast food and ice cream there is a DQ nearby.
The woman working there was very rude. I used the slot machines. She took my ID to the back room for 15 minutes "showing her boss" is what she told my husband. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me she was not in. For all I know the woman copied all my information. Very bad customer service however the food was good.
Great place for families and the ice cream is amazing
Sad to leave one star, because we love this place. Just not this location. We read all the other reviews and came here anyway. We stopped here just for ice cream, since we usually go to the one in Sutton. The old grumpy woman behind the counter did not greet us, or respond when my fiance smiled and said hi. When we didn't decide what we wanted fast enough she stomped away into the back. Still no words exchanged. She came back out, twiddled her thumbs and gave us her emotionless death stare. Still didn't acknowledge us, or point out the ice cream menu. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. Ice cream is fun, unless its being served by this angry old woman.
